The Westgreen Park Board of Directors for 2014:
Elizabeth Johnson – President
Term expires: 2021
Elizabeth Johnson has been a resident in Westgreen Park since 2006, when she moved here from the Houston area with her
husband David. Since purchasing their home in our neighborhood their family has grown and the Johnson Family now has a 3
children all attending Hayes Elementary. After living in the neighborhood for 6 years, she joined the Westgreen Park HOA in
2013 as our Board of Directors Secretary. Elizabeth is a stay at home mom and an active community member involved in her
local school, the school district and several community organizations. As Board Secretary her special interest areas and
commitments to the HOA include the Community Newsletter, Neighborhood Committees, Community Relations and Events and
Neighborhood Safety. She is also a graduate of Leadership Katy ISD, a group of highly involved local community members who
have attended classes and meetings with Katy ISD to learn more of district functions and organizational structure and also
to build relationships with district leaders and others in our community. Each year's Leadership Katy class is nominated
by Leadership KatyISD alumni, campus principals and Katy ISD district officials. As such, Elizabeth acts as our community
liaison with Katy ISD and our neighboring schools. One of the things Elizabeth loves most about Westgreen Park is the
number of families that reside in our subdivision and the many wonderful events our community plans to help neighbors
meet each other and that make WGP a friendly and fun place to live.
Jonathan Vidrine – Vice-President
Term expires: 2020
Jonathan Vidrine is a General Contractor with 17 years of experience, 12 years specifically in Katy and is self-employed.
He has served as a volunteer fire fighter and medic for the Alief Fire Department for 5 years. Jonathan's wife Carie is
a home maker / mom and he has 3 kids, 1 in college and 2 that go to Hayes Elementary. Jonathan has been a member of the
neighborhood since June 2008 when his family moved to the neighborhood after driving through on several occasions, seeing
people out just walking and enjoying the peacefulness of the community. He has served on our board for the last 4 years,
and is currently President. Jonathan joined the board to have direct impact on what happens here in our neighborhood.
He works hard to keep the neighborhood standards as high as possible, sustain home values and keep our neighborhood a
great place to live. As a contractor and a business owner, Jonathan brings more than just one view to the board. Although
building and construction are his strong points and is considered the Boards expert on construction questions or concerns,
his experience in running a business and managing projects is a huge asset to the community. As a homeowner here in the
neighborhood Jonathan has even more at stake, the decisions he makes here not only affect him but the entire neighborhood.
