The Westgreen Park Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors is comprised of homeowner volunteers working together to maintain and improve our neighborhood. In addition, a property management company is employed to oversee the day-to-day operations that require full time attention. The management company should be contacted directly for any questions or concerns. The Board of Directors will be informed of any questions or concerns that the management company cannot handle.

The Westgreen Park Homeowners Association is governed by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and operates according to the By-Laws of the Association. The elected Board of Directors and the appointed committees will manage the affairs of the Association, assisted by the property management company. Each Director must use his or her best discretion, care and diligence in the performance of their duties. The Directors do not receive compensation for their services.

One of the major responsibilities of the Association is to protect your investment and enhance the value of your property. The Association provides for the maintenance and operation of the common areas and facilities. The Association is also responsible for enforcing the covenants. The Association dues provide maintenance of the common areas, including the playgrounds, Constable security, streetlight electricity, water and sewer expenses, splash pad and pool maintenance and operations, administrative expenses, etc.
